Madam Siti Farhanah bt Abd Jalil is an inspiring female leader, with over a decade of experience in healthcare. A mother of five children turned entrepreneur who is bold mentor who seeks a quality atmosphere. As an experience nurse and accomplished Standard Operating Procedure developer, she has developed standard operating procedure on delivering a quality educational-clinical intervention with a quality management. Keeping a strict management in mind, she developed Playvelope Quality Methodology which became an essential component for interventionist and employees which made SOTC Play & Development Sdn Bhd an award-winning company.
With her experience in Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysian and private healthcare sector, Madam Siti Farhanah bt Abd Jalil implements her vision and mission towards delivering an educational-intervention-environment friendly for special needs.
